Aiden thought about his question. He could be honest and tell Mikal that his sister has a sometimes almost uncontrolable cat in her or that she was normal. Without hesitation Aiden just blurted out "Of course she is...why would u think any different?" He didn't know why he lied, it's not like Mikal would judge either him or Michael based on her what she is...but still...he felt the natural impulse and since it was already out there... Aiden knew it was to late to take it back. Mikal must have seen how the question effected him cause he immediately changed the subject to the relationship between Aiden and Michael. Aiden just focused on a spot behind Mikal and admitedly became a little distant when speaking of the subject "We were never really close. Me and our parent's were always close...well closer to me than they were to her... she's always been so envious of what I've had... so we've always been kinda distant, and truth is we still are"
Mikal could never imagine being distant from his siblings. But he guessed that each person was different. Aiden was raised in life, not in Heaven. Mikal had three siblings above him, but he had never known any of them. He had no one to guard accept those who needed it, which he guessed made him special. But having a connection with the person had to be tougher. Mikal put his warm hand on top of Aiden's, and smiled a little for him. "If it helps any, I never knew my siblings. So any relationship you have with her is better than what I ever had." The sentence stung himself a little, but he let it pass. "Besides, at least she not something unnatural. It makes her easier to watch." Mikal chuckled a little and squeezed his hand. "Mine, on the other hand, is a demon. A succubus, at that." His cheeks went bright pink as he thought back to his first encounter with the woman. She was so beautiful and had a surprisingly seductive personality. He tried not to think about her, but it didn't matter now. He couldn't very well turn his story around. Being honest is a trait he aquired in Heaven and has never tried to lie.
Aiden sat there and stared at the boys hand ontop of his while he talked about the person he's guarding. While he didn hear what he was saying all Aiden could think about was his hand. It was so warm. Maybe Aiden was just a bit cold but still, it felt different. It take Aiden a couple seconds to completely grasp what Mikal had said. Then he let himself think about how he had always thought that trying to manage Michael's schedule and his was a big enough task, but guarding a succubus...? To Aiden that seemed like an almost impossible task. While Michael might be a were-cat that rarely ever made a difference in their lives. "Wow, a succubus, and I thought that Michael was a difficult enough task..." Aiden at this second felt bad about lying to him. He looked over at the door, then looked back at Mikal. He took a couple seconds to consider the option of telling the truth. After all...compared to a succubus, a were-cat was not even half as bad. Aiden couldn't really tell why, but he didn't want to tell Mikal. Something about that was almost...secret. So just looked at the other angel and said "You must have it pretty hard then trying to manage someone like that. I couldn't even imagine"

Mikal blushed darker. It really wasn't that hard of a task. He didn't really keep a close eye on her anyway. She was a demon, after all. And she would never listen to the likes of an angel. He was just there to protect her, even though God had told him that he needed to make her change her ways and return to being of the light instead of the dark. But even Mikal had never been on a dark side, and he was beginning to get curious. He kicked himself every time he thought of something crude, so it was doubly hard for him to even say something that sounded dirty. "It can be difficult at times. She is quite the handful," he replied slowly. His warm hand squeezed Aiden's once more. "But I've been looking forward to a break from her for a little while."
Truth be told, he hadn't seen her in almost a week. It's as if he lost her track completely. She didn't come to Cambridge very often, but when she did, she seemed to make it a point to visit him. Then again, Mikal made it a point to find her and have them "accidentally" bump into each other. But he didn't want to think about her just now. He looked down at his empty mug, a few grains milling in the last droplet of coffee in the bottom. "Would you like to take a walk?" His hand had never left the other boy's, as if Aiden would get away if he ever let go. His chest was tight with the thought and his cheeks were only a tickled pink by now.

Aiden watched as Mikal seemed to be thinking too himself. He was completely enveloped in thought until he seemed to suddenly come to life and squeeze Aiden hand and tell him that he needed a break from guarding the succubus. This made some thoughts fester in Aiden’s mind, but he decided not to voice them at that very moment, especially since Mikal seemed to just get wrapped right back up into thoughts. Aiden just stared at the other boy and wondered what he was thinking about. Aiden wanted to know what was going on through his head and…wait… what was he thinking? That was the kind of thing that people who really care about each other think. But wait… hadn’t Aiden always told himself that he would settle down once he found the right guy. I mean Mikal certainly seemed to fit the physical requirements, but how was Aiden to know that he met any of the others? He didn’t really know but he was happy to think that Mikal could be… well I guess you could say the one. At that exact point Mikal asked if Aiden wanted to go take a walk. Aiden squeezed his hand, put on a playful smile, looked Mikal in the eyes and said “As long as you promise accompany me, I’d be more that happy too” Once outside Aiden’s mind just jumped back to his previous unspoken thoughts as to what Mikal had said before. “Hey Mikal, you said before that you want to get a break from the demon you’re guarding, right?” Then Aiden turned to Mikal, pushed his powers of persuasion to a point that he had never tried before and said “Well if you REALLY feel that way, I think that you should maybe come visit me sometime, in London…?”

Mikal was startled at the offer Aiden had made him. It was bold. What was he really offering to the angel boy with the blonde locks? Mikal blushed a little at the invitation to London. He had no idea what to say to the darker boy. Of course he would want to visit, his heart seemed to leap to his throat at the thought of seeing London and where this boy lived. "Absolutely!" Mikal burst with a little more than what he meant to. He had no way of knowing what sort of power this angel held over him, and at that point there was no question that he didn't care if the angel had powers.
He grabbed Aiden's hand and kissed the knuckles of his fingers lightly with his soft pink lips. He looked up at Aiden through his lashes as he began to walk down the street. There were so many people in the streets, but Mikal didn't even notice. He was enveloped in the thought of being with this person...but the demon still nagged in the back of his mind. He would have to get back to her at some point this day. She was definitely demanding, even though he loved the thought of her and the things she offered him. But he somehow knew that Aiden could offer more than what he let on. "When should we go to London?" His cheeks began to blush as he realized what he said. We. Not I. Mikal looked at Aiden sheepishly, knowing he couldn't take back what he said. That was far too late.

Almost immediately after Aiden had asked the question Mikal answered with a resounding yes and that put a smile on Aiden’s face just as quickly. “Good to hear that.” Then Mikal grabbed Aiden’s hand and kissed it. Something about the move was so sexual, so sensual, so innocent, and so Mikal. Aiden couldn’t help but bask in the glory of not only having Mikal’s undivided attention but they were also getting the stares from the people as they passed by. Aiden had to admit that they were definitely not the most conventional couple on the planet. NOT that they were a couple or anything like that. Then Mikal asked when they were going to go to London. Aiden picked up on one specific word in his sentence. We. He didn’t really know what he meant with the we. Mikal hadn’t expected Aiden to take him there did he? Instead of questioning what Mikal had said he simply evaded it. “Well, I have a couple things, and people to take care of back home, oh and don’t worry one of those things is sure to be rest.” Aiden was pretty sure he could make it home even in the state he was in, as long as he stayed right on top of the road, and didn’t get distracted. “But do you have a number of something. Anyway I can contact you would nice. We’ll make plans then ok?”
